Chandana Hospital established in April,2002, jointly by Dr.H N Rajendrakumar and Dr(Mrs).Rekha Rajendrakumar, has been successfully rendering services since then.

  • Completed MBBS from Mysore Medical College, Mysore University, October 1985

  • Completed MD(medicine) from the same institution in August,1988

  • Practising in the field of internal medicine for the past 27 years

  • Served in various cadres as teaching staff at M.S. Ramaiah Medical College Hospital, teaching undergraduates and post graduates

  • Worked in different departments of critical care unit, intensive coronary care unit, cardiology and internal medicine

  • Running ' Sharada Clinic' in Mahalakshmipuram for the past 27 years conducting regular consultations, various patient education programmes, camps and screening tests.

  • Practising in Chandana Hospital for the past 14 years till date with the continuous patient education and interaction.

  • Completed course on "Diabetes Master Class"  conducted by Association of Physicians of India.

  • Presented various scientific papers in clinical meetings, workshops and conferences in India and many places abroad.

  • Participated in different national and international research studies.

  • Life-member  of  API ( Association of Physicians of India)

  • Life- member of CSI (Cardiological Society of India).

  • MD (ObG) from Govt. Medical college and Wanless hospital, Miraj, Maharashtra  with 1st rank to the university in December,1991. 
  • Completed correspondence course on Family Planning and Lactation Management conducted by Indian Medical Association, New Delhi in August, 1997.
  • DNB graduation from Maulana Azad Medical College, Delhi in December, 1997.

  • Worked as Senior Registrar in Bombay Municipal hospitals and M.S. Ramaiah Hospital, Bangalore, teaching undergraduates and postgraduates.

  • Worked as consultant and postgraduate teacher at Baptist Hospital, Bangalore conducting intense Postgraduate teaching sessions.
  • Private practice for the past 25 years since February, 1992 till date.
